Job Summary:
LPN

• Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes, completes reports and documents activities and resident response to care.

RN

• Under direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and ensures the continuity of resident care performed on all shifts.

Is a member of the health care team.
Administers medications and treatments as ordered and supervises the performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants.
Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient's personal characteristics.


Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited LPN or
RNProgram.
One year experience as a LPN or
RNpreferred.
NM LPN or
RNLicense.
Current BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain current BLS Certification.
