    TheprimaryfocusforORRs Prevention of Sexual Abuse Coordinator (PSA Manager) oversees compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) and related policies and procedures at St. Vincents School for Boys. The PSA Compliance Manager must have the time and authority to oversee compliance efforts program-wide. The PSA Compliance Manager serves as a point of contact for ORRs PSA Coordinator and must promptly respond to all requests. The PSA Compliance Manager position requires ORR pre-hire approval. Thispersonmanagesofficeforms;entersclientdata;managescorrespondenceandcoordinatesmeetings.Theywillassistwithcoordinatingintakes,andmakesureclientfilesareaccurateuponadmissionanddischarge.TheywillsupervisetheRecordsSpecialists. ThepositionisdedicatedtotheUCprogramat100%oftheirtime.

    + Organize,implement,maintainandoverseequalityassurancesystemtoassureaccuracyoforiginaldocumentationinclientMasterFiles.

    + MonitorandensurecompliancewithstandardsforOfficeofRefugeeandResettlement(ORR)andCommunity Care Licensing, (CCL)policyandproceduresreview.Inaddition,monitorcompliancewithCouncilonAccreditation(COA)standards.

    + MaintainandtrackUCresidentMasterFilesforcompliancewithORRandCCL.

    + Collectdocumentationfromresidentbindersandhealthfilesaccordingtoprotocol(asneeded,weekly,andupondischargeasindicated).

    + Ensurealldocumentsreceivedareaccurateandcomplete(datedandsigned).

    + Provideleadership,guidance,supportanddirectiontotheteam,ensuringefficientworkflowandpropermaintenanceandhandlingofthemasterfiles.

    + Assistprogramstaffincompilationofrequiredreportsandtoremainincompliance.

    + Updatedatabase,documentation,monitoringandreportwritingrequirements,andprojectedschedules.

    + UpdateandsenddailycensustoGDITcasecoordinatorwithcopiestoORR.

    + FederalFieldSpecialist(FFS),ORRProjectOfficer,ICEsFieldOfficeJuvenileCoordinator,andImmigration Center for Women and Children, (ICWC).

    + Oversee,throughcollaborationwiththeProgramDirectorandAdministrativeAssistants,thepurchasingofgoods/servicesessentialtotheoperations/functioningofSt.Vincents.

    + Assisttheleadershipteaminthecollectionofcreditcardreceiptsandupkeepoffinancialrecords.

    + Preparationforinternalquarterlychartauditsaswellasclosingdischargedcases.Respondingandleadingtheeffortsinqualitycontrolandrecordmanagementimprovement.

    + Musthaveflexiblehoursbasedonneedsofprogram.

    + Participate in all audits to support ORR, CCL, & COA (Council on Accreditation) Compliance.

    + Oversight of preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and harassment.

    + Oversee all incident reporting process to all required stakeholders.

    + Coordinate interactions between minors with their legal representation and respective consulates.

    + Point of contact for all ORR Record Requests.

    Education&Experience:

    + BachelorsDegree.

    + Minimum 1-year experience.

    + Previous Behavioral, Group Home, and/or Mental Health experience is a plus.

    Knowledge,Skills&Abilities:

    + Excellentorganizationalandadministrativeexperienceandskills.

    + ProficiencyincomputerskillstoaccomplishassignedtasksandabilitytoperformwordprocessingtasksatalevelIIasdefinedbytheComputerCompetenceLevelSystem.

    + Mustdemonstraterespectforclientsrightsandsafety.

    + Act33/34andFBIclearancesarerequired.

    + Bilingual strongly preferred.
