    Skill Requirement:
    Skills: ME/IE, Tooling design, Jigs, Fixture design, Work Instruction, time study

    • Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support.
    • Design & Implement tooling.
    • ssembly process planning.
    • Material handling equipment design.
    • Time and motion study then line balancing.
    • Racking system design for material stack up.
    • Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
    • Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
    • Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
    • Quality checking gauges.
    • Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
    • Vendor engagement for project requirements.
    • Supporting to continuous improvement process.
    • 5S line support for line implementation.
    • Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup.
