    Summary

    Our agency is hiring a Marketing Director to help lead and grow our marketing department. This individual will help develop brand marketing initiatives for our clients and implement strategic marketing campaigns. The Marketing Director will join our leadership team overseeing brand, web development, and technology department teams. Our agency needs an individual with 7+ years of marketing agency experience and a strong technical understanding of B2B and D2C marketing strategy and digital production.

    To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with leading a team of driven, creative, and technical minds. This role is more than just meetings and smiles. You will create hard-line strategy, manage operational tasks and resources, project communications, and production timelines.     Marketing Director Responsibilities

    • Develop strategies to generate awareness, traffic, and conversions for client brands
    • Help lead internal strategy and creative meetings
    • Collaborate with internal teams to build a go-to-market strategy
    • Interview subject matter experts and research insights to guide creative decisions
    • Prepare for and lead client meetings
    • Produce relevant, valuable, and engaging content for our clients online and offline
    • Oversee the successful deployment of marketing campaigns for client brands
    • Facilitate and manage strategic relationships and partnerships
    • Oversee and manage client marketing budgets, allocate and invest funds wisely
    • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and team performance
    • Utilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, email marketing, event management, publicity, social media, SEO, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.

    Marketing Director Qualifications

    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
    • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing
    • Strong knowledge of web and digital analytics tools and marketing technology
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and spreadsheets
    • Ability to creatively devise and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
    • General good design eye, including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication
    • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
