Job Description

Your new role as a Construction Project Manager involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning and execution
Timely completion of projects within budget
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Safety protocol enforcement
Client satisfaction and relationship management

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience in Interiors, Healthcare, Laboratories or SCIF work is preferred
Ability to assist with estimating
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage 3–7 projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Procure
Ability to travel occasionally
