About the Role:
The CH Kitchen Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clubhouse kitchen. This position is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. The supervisor will coordinate with chefs, kitchen assistants, and service teams to optimize workflow and meet service demands. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, adherence to health regulations, and continuous improvement of kitchen processes. Ultimately, the CH Kitchen Supervisor ensures that all kitchen operations align with organizational goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory or lead role within the food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food safety or culinary management.
- Experience working in accommodation or hospitality food services.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and kitchen equipment.
- Formal culinary training or related education.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation and service.
- Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through effective stock control.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
