    Service Desk Technician II

    The ideal candidate will have 3 years (5 years preferred) of IT experience in managing OS products/devices including Windows/Office365 on Mac & MDM tools like WorkspaceOne/JAMF.
    A strong understanding of email administration (account creation/password resets/troubleshooting), domain functionality (Active Directory services/group policy/DNS/DHCP),&
    Ticketing system/SLA knowledge preferably using ServiceNow,
