    Job Summary

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping products in a timely and efficient manner.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Hire, train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    • Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Collaborate with the route sales team to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
    • Utilize existing technology tools to track inventory levels and streamline processes.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

    Position Requirements

    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2-years previous leadership experience.
    • Ability to bend, lift (up to 60 lbs.), climb, stretch, reach, and walk throughout the day.
    • Ability to operate a forklift safely with training.
    • Ability to use a computer to track inventory.
