- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the route sales team to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Utilize existing technology tools to track inventory levels and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-years previous leadership experience.
- Ability to bend, lift (up to 60 lbs.), climb, stretch, reach, and walk throughout the day.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely with training.
- Ability to use a computer to track inventory.
