    Are you interested in advancing quantitative research and experimentation by building industry leading data analytics capabilities? Our organization works on technology solutions to enable research for analysts and portfolio managers. We are looking for Senior Software engineers to help us on our mission to build next generation experimentation platforms and solutions.

    The Team

    We build end to end technology solutions to enable quantitative experimentation. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be an integral member of a diverse team that is customer-focused and moves quickly in a dynamic environment to enable fast-paced research.

    You will play a key role in defining and developing solutions for investment professionals and senior management executives leading strategic Quantitative research initiatives. You will work closely with quantitative analysts, researchers, as well as peer technology teams to build robust technology solutions based on sound engineering practices in areas such as portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research.

    Expertise You have

    • Expert in creating python based data applications that can process, analyze and visualize large volumes of data
    • Proven knowledge and experience in data analytics application development
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building large scale distributed applications
    • Expert in object oriented concepts and programming languages such as Python, Java
    • Expert in front end web development - Javascript, Angular, , CSS, HTML
    • Expert in database applications - Oracle, Snowflake
    • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and end-to-end DevOps automation with CI/CD pipelines - GIT, Jenkins and Artifactory.

    Skills You Bring

    • Consistent track record of designing and implementing end-to-end data systems (full stack development) from concept to launch.
    • Passionate about writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code with a test-first development approach.
    • You can clearly convey information, document design options and decisions, and present these in an organized manner to a broad array of technical and non-technical audiences.
    • A team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
    • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Curious, motivated, can-do attitude, self-directed, proactive, results oriented.
    • Familiarity with Quantitative finance, statistical analysis, and investment securities such as equities, fixed-income and derivatives.
