    Citrus Construction, a division of the Richman Group of Companies is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager who can manage multiple projects in North and Central Florida .

    This position will be based in the Tampa Bay area, FL.
    • Position has an option for a $5000 job relocation package.
    • 10 years of Project Management in Wood framed Multi-Family construction experience highly preferred.
    • Procore experience preferred.

    Summary:

    The territory for this position will be Central Florida. The Project Manager will maintain overall responsibility for one or more large multifamily construction and/or renovation projects, as well as various pre-construction and estimating activities. This position will report directly to the Vice President.

    Responsibilities:
    Primary responsibility for management of multiple mid-large multifamily construction and development projects
    Strictly enforce all safety regulations and laws
    Plan and communicate to construction team schedule/ task and critical path to ensure deadlines will be met.
    Coach, manage and provide support to Citrus Site Supervision teams.
    Coach, Manage Citrus Project Engineer(s)
    Communicate and set expectations with subcontractors and vendors.
    Prepare, review and negotiate change orders
    Perform various pre-construction activities including design review, value-engineering, project setup, and generating vendor interest
    Coordinate and oversee project design team and other consultants
    Assist with permitting and approval process
    Prepare and update project schedules
    Prepare subcontracts and final scopes of work
    Negotiate subcontractor and owner change orders, as necessary
    Coordinate, prepare, and run project meetings
    Arrange for third party inspections and building department inspections
    Oversee quality control, in coordination with superintendent and field staff
    Review, evaluate RFIs as needed prior to submitting to design team.
    Manage the submittal, shop drawing, and RFI process
    Strictly enforce all safety regulations and laws
    Review, modify, and approve owner and trade applications for payment.
    Oversee the punch-list and project close-out process
    Other tasks and projects as needed.
    Create, track and implement change of events.
    Work with Vice President of Citrus to create and implement SOP as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, or 10 years construction filed experience preferred.

    OSHA 30 hours preferred.

    Experience:
    six (6) years of experience working in multifamily construction- garden style and mid-rise construction as a Project Manager
    Experience in managing complex, large-scale residential projects preferred
    Construction experience preferred
    Experience in Miami-Dade county preferred

    Skills:
    Must understand the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work, and relevant technology.
    MS Office Suite
    MS Project
    Procore preferred
    Strong written and verbal communication
    Strong analytical skills
    Ability to travel throughout Florida
