    72595 The Role at a Glance We are excited to bring on a Procurement Contracts Analyst to join our team in a remote environment.

    General Purpose of Job The Analyst, Procurement Contracts will support the Strategic Sourcing team in the development of more complex Procurement contracts, including but not limited to contract administration, tracking and analysis, process documentation and compliance.

    Additionally this position will track, analyze, and provide recommendations and negotiation support as necessary. What you'll be doing
    • Act as the primary point of contact for more complex contract administration, supplier questions, contract initiations and contract renewals for all Strategic Sourcing categories.
    • Facilitate preparation of more complex contract exhibits, which include scope, specifications, pricing and special instructions.
    • Coordinate with business and technical leads, and Legal as part of the contract review process
    • Facilitate renewals of more complex contracts ensuring continuation of service.
    • Evaluate and monitor service contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations and statements of work; provide support on clarifying contract requirements and resolving conflicts.
    • Identify opportunities to improve supplier cost and internal cost management, while conforming with and supporting procurement strategies
    • Ensure executed contracts are filed and incorporated in the Ariba Contract Module; advise business partners of upcoming contract renewal and renewal options What we're looking for Must haves: 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required Years' experience in dealing with contract terms and conditions both with internal stakeholders and supplier representatives, coordinating contract reviews with the Legal department, contract preparation, and dealing and negotiating with suppliers.

    Pay Range:
    $65,700 - $118,300 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
