- Oversee the design, configuration, administration, and sustainment of communication platforms to ensure 24x7x365 availability.
- Manage system performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for call routing, VoIP SIP trunking PRI lines digital display networks. Ensure system security compliance with DoD STIGs IAVAs NMCI Cybersecurity directives Coordinate after-hours weekend support for system upgrades patches testing troubleshooting Collaborate with Program Manager other technical leads ensure integration communication systems ITSM tools enterprise services Maintain documentation system configurations maintenance activities operational instructions
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 CompTIA Security CE CCNA Security GICSP GSEC SSCP etc.
- A problem solver troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision Excellent communication skills written oral interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills attention detail prioritize manage multiple tasks
