    Summary



    This position will serve as a student trainee and will receive training in analytical methods used to develop objectively based information in support of administrative and programmatic planning, development, evaluation, and managerial decision-making.

    On-the-job training assignments provide a practical understanding of the organization, programs, policies, and objectives of the agency as well as furnish experience in the application of principles, procedures, and work techniques.

    As a
    Student Trainee (Management and Program Analysis), you will:

    • Assist the Senior Managers or Senior Analysts in identifying and analyzing areas of program performance and customer services in need of improvement; recommends solutions.
    • Prepare oral and written reports and presentations, graphs and charts that present clear, concise, and effective analytical results of evaluations and research performed.
    • Provide support in research and analysis of issues and matters assigned by the supervisor.
