    This role involves overseeing and coordinating activities on a complex production line, managing schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generating reports on production processes, tool performance, and inventory, sharing insights with managers, and recommending enhancements for safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
    • Developing, updating, and managing documentation relating to operational procedures, safety, and quality standards, guaranteeing all processes and products meet the required safety and quality criteria.
    • Supervising and guiding daily tasks of production line workers, delegating responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams, prioritizing safety, and monitoring performance.
    • Onboarding new employees, overseeing scheduling and conflict resolution, monitoring safety protocols, and fostering internal communication to cultivate a collaborative environment focused on continuous enhancement.

    Desired Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in manufacturing).
    • At least 1 year in a Team Lead or Supervisory capacity.
    • 1+ years' background in Customer Service, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, and/or Operations.

    Preferred Candidates Will Demonstrate:

    • Aptitude in showcasing leadership competencies.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in Quality, Distribution, and Maintenance areas.
    • Ability to engage effectively with diverse employees and clients.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

    • Utilizes quality indicators relevant to their unit or function.
    • Adheres to organizational quality protocols and processes.
    • Applies continuous improvement methods and assesses their impact on quality.
    • Utilizes quality assessment tools such as inspections and walkthroughs.
    • Proficient in quality assurance approaches and techniques.

    Enhanced Analytical Thinking

    Skills Level:

    • Analyzes situations by defining the problem and its importance.
    • Systematically compares multiple potential solutions.
    • Employs tools like flow charts and diagrams to identify data trends.
    • Identifies key factors influencing the situation and its repercussions.
    • Uses logic and intuition to draw conclusions from data patterns.

    Planning and Organizational Proficiency

    • Identifies probable bottlenecks and interruptions to scheduling.
    • Breaks down tasks into manageable steps for personal work plans.
