    This Senior Sales and Logistics Coordinator, Sam's Club will support the Director of Sales on the Sams Club account for both Apparel and Accessories. The candidate candidate will play a key role in style setup, inventory tracking, and order processing.

    Essential Functions:
    • Complete IDM setups in Sams Club retail link portal
    • Run weekly selling reports on the Madrid Portal
    • Approve Coop Funding
    • Review the document library for updates to Sams Vendor Guidelines
    • Pull weekly inventory reports to be reviewed with the sales team
    • Track inventory flow as compared to Sams Club ladder plan
    • Investigate discrepancies in shipping with the warehouse
    • Upload bulks into Exenta by plan and 846 Bulks for Drop Ship inventory feed
    • Manage, release, and allocate POs as received
    • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations.

    Skills:
    • 4-5+ years working with Sams Club in a sales or logistics capacity
    • Knowledge of the Sams Club Retail Link Portal and Madrid Selling Reports
    • Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Preferred)

    This is an on-site position.

    Salary Range: $80,000-85,000.
