- Using NCCER curriculum for instruction.
- Never sharing NCCER account login information.
- Working with the Training Program Director or Manager for any special needs/accommodation requests.
- Ensuring evaluations by learners are conducted.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all training and testing materials.
- Maintaining training and testing documentation for audit purposes.
- Following all NCCER policies and procedures, including any implemented between publication dates of these Accreditation Standards.
- Understanding adult learning theory and using instructional aids effectively.
- Adapting instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- NCCER certification in the relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the construction industry.
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
