    ICU (Neuro-heavy)

    Must Have:
    Strong Neuro ICU experience (Post-Neuro Surgery, EVD, Stroke)

    Skills:
    Vents, IV drip titration, Telemetry, Conscious Sedation, Dysrhythmia & Emergency Mgmt

    Charting:
    EPIC (required – no exceptions)

    Certs:
    BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS

    License:
    VA or Compact license in hand at submittal (no exceptions)
    Floating

    Required to Stepdown
    May float to ED/Med-Surg to care for ICU holds
