• Organize and conduct daily practices, focusing on technique, strategy, and conditioning.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during practices and competitions.
• Recruit and mentor student-athletes, fostering their growth both in the sport and academically.
• Supervise and support assistant coaches, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Plan and manage the logistics for competitions, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among athletes.
• Communicate regularly with parents, school administration, and the community to foster support for the program.
