    Position Summary:

    The Stationary Engineer operates and maintains stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as central plant refrigeration, steam boilers, air condition systems, equipment and allied facilities.

    Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
    Must have a good working knowledge of HVAC systems.
    Requires ability to operate specialized equipment: i.e., boiler, chiller, handtools.


    Shift:
    Full-time, 40 hours per week

    Rotating shift

    Weekend Work Required

    Education/ Experience

    High school diploma or equivalency required, or Trade School Equivalent
    One (1) year exprerience in preventative maintenance preferred; experience in a hospital a plus


    Licensure/Certifications:
    First Class Engineer's License within the state of Maryland
