Requirements:

• Must meet all local and state requirements for Paraprofessional positions.
• Relevant experience working in educational settings or with children preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances required for employment in school districts.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to mute to various school locations.

As a paraprofessional in this school-based role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support to teachers and students in the classroom.
• Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to ensure the academic and emotional success of students.
• Supporting students with their academic and behavioral needs.
• Providing one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Assisting with classroom management and behavior intervention strategies.
• municating effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
