- Process full-cycle multi-state payroll for over 400 hourly and salary employees and over 100 K-1 partners, accurately and timely.
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to garnishments, deductions, and timecard auditing.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with financial analysis as required.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide support to employees on payroll related questions/concerns via phone, email, or in person.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Description
The primary focus of the Payroll Coordinator is to maintain, coordinate, and process semi-monthly payrolls, while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. This position performs a wide variety of advanced payroll and reporting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree at a minimum, or equivalent work experience.
2. At least 3 years of direct payroll experience, including K-1 vs W-2.
3. Strong understanding of ADP payroll software is required.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
6. Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
