    Exciting Opportunity:

    • The role of Social Media Manager within the Marketing Team is crucial for driving social media strategy, community growth, and engagement.
    • Responsibilities include developing the social media content calendar, collaborating with the Creative team for content creation, posting content, and analyzing post performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engagement strategy development for current social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
    • Implementing new channels such as TikTok and SnapChat.
    • Creating and executing content strategies.
    • Community management, actively engaging with social media conversations.
    • Addressing concerns raised on social media and collaborating with support personnel for resolutions.
    • Identifying and implementing social media trends for TA channels.
    • Developing influencer partnerships.
    • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting crucial social media performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • BS in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of social media management experience.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
