    Job Summary: We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Interim CFO to join our fast-growing Information Security company. As the Interim CFO, you will be critical in providing financial leadership, strategic guidance, and operational expertise during a transitional period. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring effective financial management, and supporting our high-growth trajectory.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private and public companies, offshoring strategy, turnaround expertise, cash management, executive support, international and domestic exposure, heavy budgeting, leadership, mentorship, board reporting, and other critical responsibilities in a CFO role for a high-growth company.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with growth objectives and private equity requirements.
    • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure effective resource allocation and performance monitoring.
    • Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support decision-making and business development activities.
    1. Offshoring Strategy and International Exposure:
    • Develop and implement offshoring strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and expand the company's global footprint.
    • Manage international financial operations, including financial compliance, tax planning, and foreign exchange risk management.
    1. Turnaround Expertise:
    • Assess financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement turnaround strategies to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Lead restructuring initiatives, cost-saving measures, and financial process improvements to support sustainable growth.
    1. Cash Management and Capital Allocation:
    • Oversee cash management, working capital optimization, and treasury functions to ensure adequate liquidity and effective capital allocation.
    • Develop and implement cash forecasting and cash flow management strategies to support growth objectives and mitigate financial risks.
    1. Executive Support and Board Reporting:
    • Provide strategic financial advice and executive support to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, including board presentations, investor updates, and performance analyses.
    1. Budgeting and Financial Controls:
    • Lead the budgeting process and establish robust financial controls to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide timely analysis and recommendations for cost optimization.
    1. Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to finance team members.
    1. Investor Relations and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with the investor relations team to provide accurate and timely financial information to investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and relevant accounting standards.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • Proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive in both private and public companies.
    • Extensive experience in offshoring strategy, turnaround management, cash management, executive support, and international operations.
    • Strong background in heavy budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and the ability to drive change and innovation.
    • Strong understanding of investor relations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
