    ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive behavioral analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families, and we are looking for a passionate professional to contribute to our mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and functional analyses to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior support strategies.
    • Provide training and guidance to parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, educators, and medical staff, to ensure coordinated care.
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

    Requirements:

    • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
    • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, functional analysis, and behavior support strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Thursday
    • 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM
