Job Title:

Principal Director Quality EngineeringExperience : 15+ yearsEducation : not a constraintLocation: West CoastQualificationsPast Work Experience 15 years in Quality Engineering experience with a background in sales consulting and or program management.

Communication excellent listening skills and the ability to inquisitively probe for information through questioning techniques.

Technical Breadth Diverse knowledge of Quality Engineering aspects including areas such as Automation performance environment management Test data management etc.

and associated tools and technologies.
Must have led complex multiyear software testing programs successfully for 10 15 years.

Ability to drive new business for LTIMs QES group either by identifying and driving solutioning along with vertical sales account teams.

Ability to build customer relationships and drive mindshare via one 2 one discussions workshops.
Collaborate with capabilities group to develop solutions accelerators.
Create referenceable customers stakeholders.

Delivery connects with key accounts and ability to create support system SME within DeliveryActive participation in QES Sales Account leadership connects.

Ability to maintain customer engagement for net new opportunities until the delivery team is operationally on the ground.
Frontend critical priority customer escalations related to existing QES projects engagements.
Excellent communication skills Written oral.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent solution and articulation skills.


Base Salary:
$210000per annum to $280000per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.

In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on the achievement of targets by the role holder and the organization.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
