    Description

    Company Description

    Sage Mesa Marketing & Trading LLC, the newly added physical gas trading subsidiary of Pan Capital Management, is hiring a physical gas trader/scheduler. The position is hybrid role response for trading and optimizing physical assets under firm management.

    Role Description

    • Plays a key role in a newly formed physical gas trading company to optimize physical assets.
    • Executes daily, monthly physical trading and financial hedge for the firm.
    • Ensures all trading activities are fully captured, documented, and summarized in the company's ETRM system.
    • Maintains business relationship with various counterparties to identify business opportunities for the firm.
    • Ensures all transactions comply with all applicable company risk policies.
    • Ensures all activities on behalf of the firm complied with law, rules and regulations of various government entities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or other analytical discipline is required.
    • Self-motivated individual with entrepreneur spirit is encouraged to apply.
    • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills to work in number intensive environments.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties.
    • Prefer someone with 2 years+ of experience trading or scheduling.
