What You'll Do:

Master CNC Mills:
Set up, operate, and program our advanced CNC mills


Become a Programming Ace:
Create and edit programs to ensure flawless execution


Collaborate to Innovate:
Work with Programmers, Die Makers, and other experts to tackle challenges and streamline processes


Own Your Work:
Read blueprints, interpret CAD data, and ensure parts meet the highest quality standards


Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
Help us become more efficient and minimize waste


Requirements:

Proven Experience:
Minimum two years as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer


Sharp Skills:
Blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and an eye for detail


Programming Plus:
Experience with MasterCam is a big advantage


Problem-Solving Mindset:
A desire to find solutions and optimize production methods


Team Player Spirit:
