    Acara Solution is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our global clients in the energy sector in the Buffalo, NY location.

    • $65k + (based on experience)

    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of the full lifecycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will excel at finding and securing talent for the corporate and executive level titles while also being equipped to communicate needs for the technical and manufacturing roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You will design, implement, and continuously improve an effective and innovative recruiting strategy, including:
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand business needs and transforming those requirements into eye-catching, professional, and well-defined job descriptions.
    • Actively sourcing passive candidates through the utilization of marketing, advertising, and web-based recruiting tools to initiate and maintain relationships.
    • Operating as a company ambassador while maintaining the integrity of the Client brand.
    • Providing a world-class candidate experience that is engaging, responsive, authentic, and respectful.
    • Leading a stand-out interview process that includes an introduction to Client, facility tours, an outstanding interview environment, and purposeful dialogue.
    • Utilization of personality assessments to ensure each candidate aligns with the company's vision, values, and culture.
    • Ensuring new employees receive an exceptional welcome experience as they join the global Client family.
    • You will develop a solid pipeline for future roles by fostering long-term relationships with qualified active and passive candidates to engage with as new positions become available.
    • You will stay current with industry trends, technologies, and opportunities for sourcing candidates.
    • You will maintain proactive and supportive communication with new hires to ease their transition

    Required Skills / Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • 3+years of full cycle recruiting experience

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

    • Experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of job openings, including manufacturing and technical personnel, administrative, sales, and executive positions.
    • Demonstrated success identifying, targeting, and attracting high caliber talent in a highly competitive market
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
    • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
