    Description
    Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility

    Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.


    Details:
    Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
    Four 10-hour days per week
    Average 12-16 patients per day
    1:1 Clinical Support Staff
    Team shared phone call for established patients only
    Fulltime, permanent

    EPIC EMR

    Compensation and Benefits:
    Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+)
    RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
    Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
    Commencement bonus of $30,000
    $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
