    Director of Infrastructure
    Lead our technical operations and drive infrastructure strategy. Be a seasoned pro with 8+ years of experience, 5+ in a leadership role. Deep technical expertise in servers, networks, security, EUC, and Azure is a must.

    You'll develop and execute a winning infrastructure strategy, manage budgets, oversee cloud solutions, lead a team, and stay ahead of the curve.


    Responsibilities:
    Craft and implement strategic infrastructure plans aligned with business goals (including Microsoft renewals, optimal licensing, and cost efficiency).
    Oversee

    server/network/security

    design, implementation, and maintenance (including budget management and a 5-year switch roadmap).
    Lead Azure cloud deployments (optimize performance, negotiate pricing, discuss usage changes with leadership).
    Manage and mentor an infrastructure team, fostering innovation and excellence.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless infrastructure solutions and data center management.
    Drive best practices (automation, DevOps) and address challenges (distribution lists, shared inboxes).
    Establish robust security policies and effectively handle ransomware incidents.
    Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and justify budget requests.
    Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
    Stay current on emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities.

    Requirements:
    8+ years of infrastructure management experience, 5+ in a leadership role.
    Strong consulting background with experience delivering infrastructure solutions.
    Deep technical expertise in servers, networks, security, EUC, and Azure.
    Proven track record leading infrastructure projects & initiatives (budgeting, strategic planning).
    Excellent leadership & communication skills (inspire & motivate teams).
    Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities (results-oriented).
    Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps methodologies.
    Familiarity with industry standards (ITIL, NIST).
    Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
    Relevant certifications (MCSE, CCNA, CISSP, Azure) a plus.
