Job summary
This role serves as a liaison between Amazon Entertainment and the creative community requiring seamless navigation of both Amazon and the broader entertainment industry.Responsibilities
- Provide calendar management including complex scheduling across multiple time zones and handling high-stakes industry meetings
- Communicate effectively with executives creators and agents/managers
- Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements
Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for high-volume entertainment-related business expenses < br > Oversee team space including moves new hire location assignments and re-configurations
