Job Overview:
As a C&I Works Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of C&I activities for our CHP Project, with a focus on power and substations.
You will be responsible for reviewing the planning and coordination of activities, assessing Contractor's deliverables, and ensuring the quality, functionality, and contract adherence of the Contractor's works.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and oversight for the Controls and Instrumentation (C&I) activities of the CHP Project, with a focus on power and substations.
Evaluate Contractor's deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
Conduct quality inspections and acceptance tests for C&I works, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract terms.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing C&I-related challenges and opportunities.

Contract Length: 9 months
Night Schedule:
6:00pm-4:30am
Day Shift: 7:00am-5:30pm
Schedule: 6 10's so 60 hours a week
Per Diem:
$186 per day
Rotation once a month
*Need to provide personal truck
*$50 phone allowance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in C&I works with a focus on power generation and substations.
Experience in overseeing C&I activities for large-scale projects, preferably in the energy or power industry.
Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and PLC programming.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NERC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
