    Are you ready to hit the road with a company that values your skills and offers you the freedom to drive? We're looking for dedicated Company Drivers to join our team at our future terminal in Obetz, OH. With us, you'll enjoy the benefits of driving a company-owned truck at no cost to you

    Position Highlights:

    • Flexible Schedule: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and minimizing NW states during winter).
    • Dynamic Work Environment: Work based on customer needs with opportunities to build dedicated routes through our logistics sister company.
    • Easy Freight Handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Modern Equipment: Drive a 2020 or newer sleeper truck that is well-maintained. Secure parking? You can take the truck home
    • Fair Compensation:
      • Detention pay at $25/hour after 2 hours at the facility.
      • Deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair compensation.
      • $200 per day for breakdown/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Flexible Dispatch: We accommodate your home time and different schedules while ensuring organized and communicative support.

    Are You the Right Fit?


    We're looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience
    • At least 25 years old (under 75 for insurance reasons)
    • No more than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
