    The Opportunity


    We're hiring a Regional Sales Executive to own a defined territory while leveraging CCS's national platform.

    This is not a desk job.This is not a "wait for leads" role.This is a market-building position.

    This is new business development.

    You will:

  • Build relationships throughout your region
  • Be active in local apartment associations
  • Attend and sponsor industry events
  • Visit a minimum of 50+ multifamily communities per week
  • Leverage social media and your network to grow the CCS brand
  • Turn local relationships into regional and national portfolio opportunities

    Compensation & Benefits



  • $50,000 base salary
  • $90,000-$130,000+ first-year earning potential
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Company vehicle, (Valid driver's license and clean driving record required)

  • High performers will significantly exceed OTE. Top performers currently exceed $150,000+ annually.

    What You'll Do


  • Prospect and close new multifamily accounts
  • Develop long-term relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
  • Maintain consistent in-person presence in your territory
  • Actively participate in apartment association events and industry networking
  • Identify portfolio expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service rollouts
  • Represent CCS with professionalism and energy in the market
  • What We're Looking For


    Required Traits

  • Self-starter with high personal accountability
  • Comfortable with heavy in-person prospecting
  • Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Relationship-focused but results-driven
  • Willing to be in the field daily
  • Experience

  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Multifamily industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Apartment association involvement is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
