- German /Spanishlanguage skills (preferred)
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably to include Global Human Resources or Recruitment experience.
- Previous immigration case work experience (preferred).
- Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
- Advanced organization skills with strong attention to detail Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills Advanced ability to be flexible in a changing environment. Advanced ability to interface effectively within a global team environment and partner with multiple business units and functions
- Advanced working knowledge of MS office programs
- Customer service skills are very important because this role will be working with internal international transfers and it can be an emotional process. This role needs someone who is detail-oriented and internal customer-focused. Flexible, if someone has a human resources background but doesnt necessarily need to have global assignments experience. This team is a very process-heavy team. In terms of the global assignment systems, this role would primarily work within SAP and INTAMS.
