    Position Summary


    Want to be a leader of complex or large projects?
    KTGYis looking for a team leader capable of delivering complete, coordinated, and high-quality projects for our clients through collaboration with the client representatives, governing agencies, consultants and other
    KTGYteam members.

    As a senior team member within the studio, you have the ability to mentor other project managers, participate in studio QA/QC process and manage project resources, schedules and budgets as a primary responsibility.

    Previous experience on similar large scale or complex projects will allow you to develop and manage the balance between design and technical solutions to deliver projects within budget and schedule expectations.

    In this role you must demonstrate and exercise effective time management and awareness of project goals while establishing confidence and esteem as a project leader from the client, consultants, and team members.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Lead multi-family / mixed-use projects and team members across multiple, complex projects including high-rise residential projects.
    Develop work plans and determine resources needed to execute projects within project budget and schedule.
    Strong knowledge of International Building Codes.
    Client management experience.

    Manage team members in an effective and collaborative environment, emulate leadership qualities to produce a productive, and efficient high-quality project while gaining team member support trust, and confidence.

    Function as the main point of management contact for the client, consultants, jurisdictions, and
    KTGYteam members.

    Establish and lead regular client communications and meetings including appropriate team members and consultants as required and needed to deliver a high-quality project.

    Ensure services and project deliverables fulfill the contract with the client and in accordance with company quality standards and code requirements.

    Understand all client program requirements and deliverables.

    Review contract drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and coordination with consultants to confirm that corrections and clarifications are made if required.

    Monitor project receivables and if needed assist in the collection of receivables.
    Create and monitor project schedules, project budgets and project progress.
    Manage project profitability and mitigate liability exposure.
    Review project billings and update project projections regularly and provide updates to leadership.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    Previous project management of high-rise and/ or large-scale projects.
    Accurate and detail-oriented.
    Ability to work collaboratively.
    Ability to work on multiple projects and maintain quality control.
    Conduct all work within
    KTGYstandards under general supervision.
    Strong ability to plan, schedule, direct work of self and others.

    Proficiency using the following software:
    Revit and AutoCAD
    SketchUp
    Adobe Suite
    MS Office

    Education and Experience

    Minimum of 10 years experience,
    Licensed Architect (preferred).
    Previous experience in project management including high-rise projects.
    Advanced understanding of building codes, including national and state local codes.

    In depth knowledge of multifamily residential project types including high-rise, code requirements, and construction practices and how to apply, detail, and specify them.
