    Essential Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:


    Supervises the activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general accounting functional areas to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, billing and collections of the Company's services, employee expense reports and overall cash control.

    Supervises the activities of the corporate accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits.

    Respond to the Controller and CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs.
    Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
    Communicate with co-workers, management, physician partners, clients and others in a courteous, professional and service oriented manner.
    Conform with and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
    Advise management on matters of fiscal procedure and importance for the organization.

    Supervisory Responsibility:


    The accounting manager manages all employees of the accounting department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting of finance; or equivalent number of years of relevant accounting experience,
    Five-seven years of accounting experience; with some supervisory experience.
    CPA designation preferred.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Work history in a PE-held environment; preferably in the healthcare-services sector.
    Experience with partnership accounting and/or in the accounting for a multi-level entity organization.
    Use of a Microsoft Dynamics ERP product (i.e., Navision or Great Plains).
