Senior Care Advisor - Topeka - Klaton Consultants

Description

A key role in senior care placement is to identify potential leads for individuals and families seeking adult care home services. As a Senior Care Advisor, you will collaborate with Executive Directors to determine the most suitable placements for referrals.

Key Responsibilities

You will make calls, send emails, and/or text messages with prospective residents and their representatives to discuss senior living services.
You must be well-versed in the services offered by each community within your designated area.
Semi-annual onsite visits will be conducted at each community to gather information and assess their offerings.
You will maintain detailed records of interactions and enter sales call data into our CRM system.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop advertising, collateral, and event materials.
You will communicate community needs to the Regional Vice President.
You will create a sales and marketing strategy to maintain high occupancy levels and strategically place residents.
You will meet regularly with Executive Directors to discuss needs and inventory.
You will participate in training sessions for Executive Directors and community staff on essential sales processes.
You will use the call rail system to monitor phone calls at each community quarterly.
You will maintain a competitive analysis for each community in your assigned areas.

Requirements

You are expected to attend work regularly.
You should possess strong management skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in the senior living industry is beneficial.
You should have an understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales systems.
You must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and extremely organized.
Computer proficiency is necessary, as you will be using web-based lead management tools and Microsoft products.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
At least two years of successful experience in senior living is preferred.
