    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboratory Support Specialist. In this role, you will demonstrate proficiency and technical expertise in regulated and cross-functional capacity, performing general upkeep and handling of research and laboratory systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
    • Accurately document and handle raw data according to regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace with good observation skills.
    • Execute assigned tasks using learned techniques and best practices.
    • Lead minor decision-making using experience and training.
    • Implement and maintain quality systems.
    • Coordinate daily function-related activities.
    • Develop minor protocols and procedures for everyday tasks.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent education and at least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting; Associates degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to relay messages to management.
    • Good working knowledge of MSWord and understanding of SmartSheet.
    • Ability to take initiative to handle basic issues autonomously and work with team members for more complex issues.

    Compensation:

    The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on the job grade and location. The actual salary offered may vary depending on various factors, including geographic location.
