Job Summary
A Sales Associate plays a key role in providing customers with friendly and accurate service, supporting them in finding products for their projects. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to learn, work well under pressure, and contribute to a safe and clean sales floor.

Main Responsibilities:

Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend our products.
Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations when assisting customers.
Maintain assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shoppable, and safe.
Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Physical Demands:

Lifting 30-60 pounds occasionally, or 20-30 pounds frequently.
Standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending regularly.
