    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Job Title: Painter
    Department: Maintenance
    Reports To: Structures Supervisor, Structures Manager
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
    • Be able to accomplish assigned aircraft paint requirements.
    • Ensure that GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations and procedures are being followed.
    • Keep a clean and safe work area at all times. Ensure that waste materials, paint, Alodine, and other fluids are handled properly.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Paint Lead, or Structures Supervisor, and Structures Manager.
    • Interface with the Paint Lead, and Structures Manager to recommend improvements needed to increase performance and quality.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work overtime, weekends & days off.
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    High school graduate; experience in exterior prep and paint on commercial category aircraft.
