    We have immediate openings for Electro-mechanical assemblers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts We offer training

    Job Type: Full-time, contract to hire.

    Job Purpose:

    Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instructions and/or drawings. Assembles structures, parts, components, and position, align, and fasten components to skid, backplanes or units by using a variety of tools and equipment.

    • Prepares all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
    • Positions, aligns, and adjusts parts for proper fit and assembly.
    • Assists Electrical assemblers in performing electrical assembly tasks.
    • Identifies and reports any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience in the switchgear manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in Google suite, MS Office or equivalent
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings
    • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
    • Works Consistently under safety regulations
    • Lift demand: Ability to lift up to 40-50 on an occasional basis
    • Mandatory OT

    Hours:

    1st: 7am - 3:30pm

    2nd: 3pm - 11:30pm (+4% shift differential)

    3rd: 11pm - 7am (+8% shift differential)

    • Must be open to 10 hours shifts and OT
