    We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Counseling Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in providing professional counseling treatment and services to our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct psycho-social and mental health assessments to diagnose and counsel patients and families.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal individual and family functioning.
    • Foster effective communication with patients of diverse socio-economic and educational backgrounds.

    Requirements:

    • A Master's degree in counseling from an accredited institution.
    • One year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferable).
    • Licensure/Certification: State licensing as applicable to degree held, LCSW-C or LCPC by the Maryland Board of Social Workers.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of community organizations and social service programs.

    • An estimated salary of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
