    This position will be responsible for leading Aspire Bakeries Procurement Capabilities (COE) area by driving best practices and adoption of best in class Procurement Systems.

    This role will be the technical owner and administrator of SAP Ariba's Procure to Pay systems.

    Additionally, this role is responsible for analytics and reporting to drive adoption and improvements across Procurement and the Procure-to-Pay process.

    Administer downstream Procurement Systems including, SAP SRM, SAP ECC, Ariba Procurement Modules ie.

    Act as primary operational contact with IT and Ariba for Procurement owned systems to include system and technical issue investigation and resolution, system change management, and coordination of routine updates or other meetings.

    Develop, maintain, and conduct training for bakery buyers on downstream Procurement Systems.
    Develop Procurement Systems reports, analyze and make recommendations based on data.
    Review Procurement Systems adoption regularly and resolve roadblocks.
    Develop and maintain governance documents and programs for Procurement owned systems.
    Plan, manage, and execute varied Ariba software configuration, customization, or solution development projects.
    Enhance, develop, and configure system functionality, workflows, UI, Catalogs, and technical connectivity to support the comprehensive Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle.

    Act as Bakery Buyers help desk support by managing ANA.This role must have a deep knowledge of SAP ECC and how it interacts with Ariba downstream procurement systems.

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting preferred.
    ~1-3 years of Ariba and SAP Procurement Systems experience
    ~ Superior Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint skills
    ~ Ariba Procurement Catalog experience
    ~ Superior critical thinking skills and ability to structure analyses to solve poorly defined problems
