    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and talented Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them.


    You will work directly with our clients (electrical contractors) to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are active accounts with us.

    Youll conduct demonstrations, training sessions and regular check-ins for them.

    You will also work closely with employees in other departments to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.


    Each CSM is assigned a group of specific customers, and they become the primary point of contact for these clients with Remarcable.

    CSMs take responsibility for the success of their clients experience with the platform, building close relationships with the businesses as they transition from sales prospects to lifelong customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    Primary point of contact for designated clients
    Promote product value through an exceptional customer experience
    Build strategic relationships with contractor clients and their users
    Effectively train and onboard clients users on the platform
    Foresee and proactively address potential client problems & issues
    Review and address customer concerns in a timely fashion
    Coordinate, direct, and manage internal communications to deliver clients expected results
    Maintain clear and efficient lines of communication between clients and Remarcable to share platform updates and client feedback.
    Seek to improve the customer experience by reviewing and sharing client feedback and suggestions
    Upsell services and products by promoting the value of the product
    Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
    Develop and maintain internal documentation
    Keep up to date on emerging industry trends
    Who You Are
    Minimum 2 years professional working experience (4 years if no degree)
    Either a bachelor's degree (ideally in supply chain management or accounting) or 2 or more years of experience within the electrical industry
    Preference given to individuals with experience working in the construction industry (electrical, mechanical or general) or with construction-related technologies.
    Take a sense of ownership in the work that you do. Self-motivating and able to work with minimal supervision.
    Possess a client service mentality, are adaptable and willing to collaborate openly with other people
    Highly proficient with MS Office and basic business applications
    Can learn and adapt to new computer software and environments quickly
    Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    Excellent organization and time-management skills
    Strong problem-solving skills

    Please note:
    initially, you'll be expected to be in-office full-time (M-F 8am-5pm Central) for training on our systems. After a 90-day probation period ends, a hybrid arrangement may be available. We will always require you to work in-office at least 3 days a week.

    Salary Range Disclaimer
    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcables total employee compensation package.


    Other components may include:
    PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.
