- Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to optimize their performance and professional development.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and prospecting to drive pipeline growth.
- Design and implement efficient sales development processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales development efforts with business objectives.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the sales development team.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on sales development data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, leading highperforming teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
