Job summary
We are a proud work-from-office company seeking a Benefits Consultant to help develop overall benefits strategy including evaluating current offerings medical benefits ancillary benefits voluntary benefits benefit implementation rules timelines contribution modeling underwriting rules guidelines travel as needed.The ideal candidate will have minimum three to five years of insurance experience effective presentation skills excellent communication verbal written internal departments external clients time management fast-paced environment self-driven motivated prioritize complete multiple tasks deliver successful results articulate impart knowledge assigned sales region develop strong working relationships bachelor level degree required active brokers group life health license required.
This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at our office.
