    Location: Anoka, MN

    Wage: $20/hr., DOQ

    Hours: 5:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

    Duties of the plastic injection mold set-up technician:
    • Set up and maintain production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes.
    • Locate, transport, install, and store injection molds following established guidelines.
    • Inspect, clean, and maintain molds and tooling after each production run per procedure.
    • Responsible for molding machine set up including ancillary equipment related to the molding process.
    • Perform minor machine maintenance as required.
    • Responsible for backup to the material handler based on need or absence.
    • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe working environment as required.
    • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Production Manager, or designee.
    Qualifications of the plastic mold set-up technician:
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment is preferred
    • Injection molding experience is desired.
    • Familiarity with the use of machinery, hand, and power tools
    • Read and follow work instructions and other guidance documents
