Sr. Buyer

Develops, negotiates, and leads sourcing strategies that drive measurable improvements in the area of consumer satisfaction, compliance/supplier diversity and cost benefits in the procurement of direct and indirect goods and services.

• Determines the sourcing, selection, and procurement of products and services within assigned responsibilities.
• Negotiates financial contractual agreements for assigned procurement categories.
• Investigates alternative sourcing options to improve quality while reducing overall cost; provides alternate source vendors when required to meet surge demands; works with end-users to resolve critical sourcing issues.
