Our offer delivers an IoT solution which enables customers to manage and optimize their entire fleet. The IoT solution includes a high-performance SaaS platform and a family of embedded devices which are installed in assets and vehicles to provide real-time telemetry data feeds.

Today, as part of the Michelin group, we have almost 700,000 connected vehicles across Europe, North America and Latin America. Our ambition is to be the #1 global fleet management business and, as such, we are expanding into new markets.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    CUSTOMER-LED SOLUTION DESIGN:

    • Thoroughly understand our users, our customers and our prospects within the segment by spending time with fleet operators and by sharing knowledge with other external-facing colleagues.
    • Through this customer insight, come up with product ideas and prioritize them based on our company strategy and the products' market potential.
    • Translate prioritized product ideas into differentiated products, drafting the right product specifications to win in the marketplace.

    PRODUCT MANAGEMENT / DELIVERY:

    • Work with internal & external product owners, R&D leads and with external partners to execute product delivery.
    • Work closely with MCF and SES colleagues to secure internal alignment for your product roadmap.
    • Deliver successful product launches by collaborating with sales, marketing-deployment, operations, supply chain and other colleagues.

    LASTING IMPACT:

    • Manage products through their entire lifecycle, ensuring their continued success and value delivery to clients following launch.
    • Be commercially aware, focusing on development of the business case (vs. market potential) and ongoing tracking of product metrics.

    OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

    • Act as the business owner for your product portfolio, managing the Product Owner(s) and squads to drive efficiency and quality.
    • Act as strategic manager driving and developing critical relationships needed to expand offer portfolio

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    KEY PROFESSIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • A university degree with a track record of continuous professional growth
    • 3+ years direct involvement with information technology / SaaS applications as either a developer or a product manager / product owner
    • Experience with agile software development practices
    • Experience engaging with customers / users and translating customer and market research into product insights
    • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, effectively transmitting portfolio strategic vision.
    • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within the team and work under deadline pressure.
    • High quality standards for work output with excellent attention to detail
